Our Story
It all began one evening as I watched my two-year-old son, Noah, mesmerized by yet another YouTube video. The familiar glow of the screen reflected in his eyes as colorful animations flashed by—his third hour that day. As a father and software engineer, I felt a knot in my stomach. Was this really the childhood I wanted for him?
That night, during our bedtime routine, Noah brought me his favorite book. As I read, I noticed how he leaned in when I pointed to the main character, how his eyes lit up at each adventure. But something was missing. "What if Noah could see himself in these stories?" I wondered. "What if he could be the hero?"
The idea kept me up that night. I sketched out concepts, researched technologies, and by morning, MyStorybook.ai was born—not just as a business, but as a father's mission to create something meaningful for his son.
From Screens to Dreams
The change was immediate and profound. The first night I read Noah a story with his face on every page, his eyes widened with wonder. "That's me, Daddy!" he exclaimed, pointing excitedly. Night after night, he chose his personalized books over screen time. He began asking questions about the stories, imagining new adventures for himself, and even creating his own tales.
What started as one father's solution became something bigger. Friends asked for books for their children. Then friends of friends. Soon, parents from across the country were reaching out, sharing stories of children who now begged for "one more chapter" instead of "one more video."
